Social Worker

I’m a school social worker here at P.S. 197-K assigned to the School Assessment Team.  I’ve worked within the NYCDOE since 1992 in various settings providing services to children and their families.  It  has been a privilege and quite a fulfilling career for which I am immensely grateful and proud!

I am a school-based social worker for P.S. 197 assigned to provide social-emotional learning and mental health programming for students and their families. I have worked as a social worker in since 2016, providing mental health services for children and their families. I enjoy providing psyho-education and connecting families to resources to empower our students.
